Frequently asked questions.

What are the requirements for my dog to participate in boarding or daycare?

Your dog must be up-to-date on several vaccinations for the safety of all our guests. We require proof of current Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Dogs over six months must also be spayed or neutered to participate in group play for daycare and boarding.

What should I pack for my dog's overnight stay (boarding)?

We provide comfortable bedding and bowls. We recommend you bring your dog's regular food (in a sealable container or pre-portioned bags) to keep their stomach settled. You can also bring a few familiar items, like one or two favorite treats or a small toy. Please limit personal items, as we want to make sure they don't get lost.

How often are dogs supervised during daycare and boarding?

Your dog's safety is our top priority. Dogs are under constant, direct supervision by trained staff during all group play sessions in daycare and throughout the day while boarding.

What is your process for introducing a new dog to the daycare group?

We conduct a mandatory, free temperament evaluation for all new daycare and boarding dogs. This helps us ensure they are comfortable in a social setting. Introductions are done slowly and carefully by a trained staff member, starting with a small, calm group before integrating them into the larger play area.

What services are included in your standard grooming packages?

Our standard grooming package includes a bath with premium shampoo, conditioner (if needed), a full brush-out, a blow-dry, ear cleaning, and nail trimming. Specific cuts or styling, de-shedding treatments, and teeth brushing are available as add-on services.

Do I need an appointment for grooming, daycare, or boarding?

Yes, all three services require a reservation. Grooming appointments are highly recommended, especially on weekends. Daycare spots can fill up quickly, and boarding stays require advance booking, particularly during holidays and peak seasons. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible!

What if my dog needs medication during their boarding stay?

Our staff is trained to administer most oral and topical medications as directed by a veterinarian. Please provide the medication in its original container with clear, written instructions (dosage and timing) when you check in. There may be a small daily fee for medication administration.

What are your hours for drop-off and pick-up?

Our facility is open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM on weekdays, and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on weekends. Please note that specific drop-off and pick-up times for boarding are scheduled at booking to ensure we can give each dog a personalized check-in/out experience.
